How to request deletion

- Subject:
Delete my data - Include your Google account email (the one used on Play) and, if you can, the device model.
We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
What we delete
- Photos and project files we still hold from background-removal / AI clothing processing
- Template-usage records tied to your request
- Analytics identifiers we can match to your request
What we cannot delete, or that you delete yourself
- Photos saved only on your phone — delete them in the app or uninstall Passport Photo
- Google Play subscription / purchase records (kept by Google)
- Ad / measurement data already processed by Google (AdMob, Firebase)
What we keep
Purchase records Google requires for billing, tax, or fraud, for as long as the law requires.
